If Murder was legal for one day

Let's say the 18th of June, anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo, and you could murder without any legal consequence. Who would you happily kill? I imagine many Parliamentarians would be beaten to death by angry mobs, armed with rolled-up copies of the Guardian. Owen Jones would likely be drowned in the Thames, Christ only knows what would happen to Tony Blair, but who would you like to be rid of? (For legal reasons, I am obviously not encouraging murder, this is just a bit of fun.)
